Day 1

Arrive Leh

On arrival at Leh Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and escorted to your pre-booked hotel, conveniently located in the heart of the city. After some time to relax and acclimatize, head out in the late afternoon for a gentle orientation tour. Walk through the local markets to experience the vibrant Ladakhi lifestyle, followed by visits to the peaceful Shanti Stupa and the historic Leh Palace. Enjoy panoramic views of the town and surrounding mountains before returning to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Leh - Excursion to Sham Valley

Set out for a scenic excursion through the picturesque Sham Valley, visiting key attractions such as the Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, the fascinating Magnetic Hill, and the spectacular confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers. On the return journey to Leh, stop at the serene Spituk Monastery, perched atop a hill overlooking the valley. The evening is free to relax or explore at your own pace. Overnight stay will be arranged at the hotel in Leh.

Day 3

Leh–Nubra Valley via Khardung La

Depart early for a memorable journey to the stunning Nubra Valley, crossing the legendary Khardung La, one of the highest motorable passes in the world. Descend into the valley and continue to Hundar, known for its dramatic landscapes and sand dunes. On arrival, check in to your fixed camp and relax amidst the serene surroundings. Later, enjoy a unique experience riding the famous double-humped Bactrian camels across the sand dunes of Hundar. After an eventful day in this high-altitude desert, return to the camp for a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 4

Nubra Valley

In the morning, drive to Diskit and explore the historic Diskit Monastery, the largest monastery in Nubra Valley, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. After the visit, begin the return journey to Leh, arriving by late afternoon. Spend the rest of the day exploring Leh’s bustling local markets before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 5

Leh to Pangong Lake

Embark on a scenic journey to the breathtaking Pangong Lake via the high-altitude Changla Pass at 5,486 meters. Enjoy panoramic views of the villages and rugged landscapes below as you ascend the pass. Continue through Durbuk to reach the western shore of Pangong Lake, a striking blue brackish water body stretching over 144 km, with half of it across the Indo-China border. Surrounded by dramatic mountains, the lake offers an unforgettable experience, bringing you close to nature’s raw beauty. Overnight stay will be arranged at a camp by the lake.

Pangong Lake to Leh

Depart Pangong Lake and retrace your route to Leh via the scenic Changla Pass. En route, stop at Karu to cross the Indus River and visit the iconic Hemis Monastery, the largest and most renowned monastery in Ladakh. After exploring its impressive architecture and serene surroundings, continue your journey back to Leh for an overnight stay at the hotel.
